36 PDF tools.
Your files never leave your computer.

One Windows .exe. No account, no upload, no subscription, no per-file limit. Merge, split, compress, redact, convert, fill forms, batch a folder — all of it runs locally. Full Python source is in the download, so you can read it before you run it.

What it is

PlatformWindows 10 / 11, 64-bit
InstallNone. Unzip, double-click the .exe. No Python needed.
NetworkNever connects out. No telemetry, no licence check, no ads.
LicenceGNU AGPL-3.0 — free and open source. Source included.
Price$16.99 once. No renewal, no seat count, no export limits.
AlsoRuns as an MCP server — a local AI agent can call all 36 commands.
One thing you should know before buying. This executable is not code-signed — a certificate costs several hundred dollars a year, which does not make sense for a one-person product. So Windows SmartScreen will show a blue warning the first time you run it. Click More info → Run anyway.

That is what every unsigned PyInstaller build looks like; it is not a sign of tampering. Do not take my word for it: the build script and the full source are inside the zip. Read them, or build the exe yourself and compare.

Common questions

Is the licence really free?

Yes. It is AGPL-3.0. You may use it commercially, modify it, and redistribute it. What you pay for is the convenience of a tested Windows build plus email support. If you would rather build it yourself, the source and build_exe.py are in the download.

Do my documents get uploaded anywhere?

No. The application has no network code for document processing. It does not phone home, does not check a licence, does not collect usage data. You can run it with the network cable unplugged.

What does "redact" mean here?

It removes the underlying text from the file, not draws a black rectangle over it. Black boxes can be selected and copied out — that is how most redaction leaks happen.

Will it run on macOS or Linux?

The packaged .exe is Windows-only. The Python source in the download is portable and many users run it on macOS and Linux after installing the dependencies, but that path is not supported — I cannot test what I do not have.

What about the MCP server?

The same binary can be launched as a local MCP server, which lets an AI agent call any of the 36 commands. It runs over stdio on your own machine; nothing is exposed to the internet.

Can I use it at work, on client files?

Yes. Files you process are entirely yours; the licence places no claim on your output. Do keep backups — batch operations are irreversible.
