Eight spreadsheets.
The arithmetic is already done.

Invoicing, quoting, timesheets, expenses, stock, mileage, cash flow, client follow-up — none of this needs software, but doing it by hand does produce mistakes. These eight files have the formulas written. You fill the white cells; the totals appear.

One file, one job

Each file stands alone. Open the one you need; you are not expected to use all eight.

1 · InvoiceLine items, discount, tax rate, amount paid, balance due — all calculated. Your own invoice numbering scheme.
2 · QuoteSame structure as the invoice so the numbers can be carried over once the client says yes.
3 · TimesheetStart, break and finish time per person per week. Hours above 40 are separated out as overtime automatically.
4 · Expense reportEvery expense with its category and receipt number; subtotals and grand total roll up without a calculator at month end.
5 · InventoryStock in and stock out; the balance per SKU updates itself and cells below your reorder level are flagged.
6 · Mileage logEach trip's start, end and distance; the deductible amount is computed from a rate you set, with a year-end total.
7 · 13-week cash flowOpening cash, money in, money out, closing cash — week by week for 13 weeks. Most small cash problems are not a lack of money, they are a lack of foresight.
8 · Client & project trackerQuoted, invoiced, paid, outstanding and days overdue side by side, so it is obvious who needs a reminder.

Three colours, one rule set

Every file follows the same convention. Learn it once and all eight work the same way.

W

White = you type here

Dates, amounts, quantities, client names. Anything you are meant to enter has a white background.

G

Green = leave it alone

That is where the formulas live. If you overwrite one by accident, Ctrl+Z brings it back and the totals recalculate.

Y

Yellow = sample data, delete it

Each file ships with a few yellow sample rows. Select them and delete the rows — otherwise your first invoice goes out with somebody else's project name on it.

Nothing clever under the hood, which is the point

Format.xlsx — the standard Excel format
Opens inExcel 2016+ (Windows/Mac), WPS, Google Sheets, LibreOffice
Macros / add-ins / VBANone. Nothing to enable, no code you have to trust
NetworkNo connection, no upload, no data collection
Need more rows?Drag the fill handle down; the formulas come with it
DeliveryInstant zip download after payment: 8 .xlsx files plus a short guide
If you use Google Sheets: open them through File → Import → Upload and the formulas convert themselves. A few dropdown validations may need to be re-applied once; everything else works.
About the phrase "auto-calculating": it does arithmetic and simple conditionals. It does not do your bookkeeping for you and it is not an accountant. Which tax rate applies, whether a receipt is valid for your jurisdiction — that still needs you or your accountant.

Questions before buying

Write to hi@getwold.com and describe what you are trying to track. If these files are a poor fit, I will say so instead of selling you something you will not use.

Common questions

I cannot write formulas. Can I still use this?

Yes — that is the entire point. The formulas are already in the green cells. You type into the white ones. All eight files use the same colour convention, so you only learn it once.

What if I need more rows than the sample shows?

Select the last filled row and drag the fill handle down; the formulas copy with it. Remember to move the totals row down as well.

Does it work on a phone?

Excel mobile and WPS mobile will open and display them, but entering data on a phone is unpleasant. These are built for a keyboard.

Do I pay again for updates?

No. New versions of the same product are free and I email you the link.

Can I get a receipt or an invoice for my accounts?

The payment provider issues a compliant receipt automatically. If you need something specific for your bookkeeping, email me with what you need and I will do what I can.

What if it turns out not to fit my business?

Write to me within seven days and it is refunded to the original payment method. No reason needed — see the refund policy.

Is there a version in Chinese?

Yes — the same eight files with Chinese headers, notes and sample data, at ¥68. Switch the language at the top of the page.
